Michael is the energy booster of the team, bringing fun and fitness to every class! With over a decade of experience in sports coaching and youth fitness, Michael leads L3’s physical activity programs with a focus on teamwork, movement, and most importantly, fun.

Michael is all about making exercise enjoyable and accessible to everyone, no matter their skill level. Off the field, you can catch him running marathons or perfecting his yoga moves. His philosophy? “Get moving, stay smiling!”
